1.: PERSONAL EFFORT (Attendance %, Consumables, NUMBERS)
2.: PRERAID GEAR EFFORT (best preraid item in slot > random tier 1 / any other crap)
If all of the above fails, people can't be ranked or are equal, it comes down to officers + cls feedback about parties involved.
